Three Cheese Spicy Sausage Italian Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 Carton Chef Boyardee Cheesy Italian Shells Skillet Meal

  • 1 lb. Spicy Ground Italian Sausage

  • 1 1⁄2 Cup Water (354g)

  • 1 3⁄4 Cups Milk (427g)

  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground meat over medium-high heat until cooked. Drain grease and return cooked meat to the pan.

  2. Add water, milk, seasoning mix, and pasta to the pan and bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20-24 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. Cover to allow cheese to melt.

  4. TIP: If sauce is too thin, uncover and cook an additional 1-3 minutes to desired consistency. Sauce will thicken as pasta cools.
