Cheesesteak Beef Pasta Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 Carton Chef Boyardee Beef Pasta Skillet Meal

  • 1/2 Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper

  • 1⁄2 Cup Diced Green Bell Pepper

  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef

  • 1 – (4oz) Can Sliced Mushrooms. drained

  • 2 1/3 Cup Water (314.67g)

  • 1 Cup Milk (244g)

  • 1 Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Add vegetable oil to a large skillet, add diced peppers and ground meat. Brown ground meat over medium-high heat until cooked. Drain grease and return cooked meat to the pan.

  2. Add mushrooms, water, milk, seasoning mix, and pasta to the pan and bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Add shredded provolone cheese. Cover with lid to allow cheese to melt.

  4. TIP: If sauce is too thin, uncover and cook an additional 1-3 minutes to desired consistency. Sauce will thicken as pasta cools.
