Ingredients
1 Carton Chef Boyardee Beef Pasta Skillet Meal
1/2 Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
1⁄2 Cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 – (4oz) Can Sliced Mushrooms. drained
2 1/3 Cup Water (314.67g)
1 Cup Milk (244g)
1 Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Instructions

Add vegetable oil to a large skillet, add diced peppers and ground meat. Brown ground meat over medium-high heat until cooked. Drain grease and return cooked meat to the pan.

Add mushrooms, water, milk, seasoning mix, and pasta to the pan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Add shredded provolone cheese. Cover with lid to allow cheese to melt.

TIP: If sauce is too thin, uncover and cook an additional 1-3 minutes to desired consistency. Sauce will thicken as pasta cools.
